Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Fresh ginger root piece 1 Inch, chopped
  Spring onions 5 , finely sliced
  Prawns 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen vegetables 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cooked rice 10 Ounce (300 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, heat oil, and stir fry garlic, and ginger for 30 seconds.
2) Next, add spring onions by tossing for 30 seconds.
3) Add the prawns, stir for 1 minute.
4) Add the soy sauce and vegetables, stir for 2 minutes.
5) Mix eggs, prawns, and vegetables and let it set.

SERVING
6) Add the rice, toss with the other ingredients until hot.
7) Season and serve.
