|Chopped apricots||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Boil the rice in water, or a mixture of water and apricot nectar, and sugar to taste.
Cook until just soft, then add the butter and stir gently.
Mix in the chopped apricots - do not break the grains.
Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot or cold with cream.
