Rice And Cheese With Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  White peppercorns 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  American cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), grated
  Sunflower seeds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heat resistant casserole, add 1 1/2 c milk and simmer.
2) Into the still simmering milk, gently add rice, oil and peppercorns; simmer covered for about 45 min , until the rice is tender.
3) Add half of the cheese and sunflower seeds, 1/2c milk blended with the powdered milk, soy sauce.
4) Turn off the heat, sprinkle the balance sunflower seeds and grated cheese ; keep the casserole covered until the cheese melts.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
