Rice With Asparagus Prawn And Pineapple

Ingredients
  Green chili 2 (Without Seeds)
  Garlic flake 2
  Green onion 4
  Asparagus spears 225 Gram
  Sliced pineapple 125 Gram
  Sunflower oil 30 Milliliter
  Paprika 5 Gram
  Flavored thai rice 225 Gram (Prepared)
  Prawn 150 Gram, dressed
  Egg 2
  Thai fish sauce 15 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon slice 4
  Coriander powder 2 1⁄2 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Chop green onion, garlic, green chili.
2)Cut asparagus, pineapple into small pieces.

MAKING
3)In a pan, heat some oil. Saute green chilli, onion, garlic, green onion , paprika and ground coriander.
4)Add in asparagus and saute to 2 minutes. Then add in the prawn and rice. Toss and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
5)Add in the eggs and continue to stir until eggs become solid. Pour in fish sauce.
6)Mix in pineapple, lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.
7)Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
8)Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve hot.
