Broccoli Rice Melange

Ingredients
  Uncooked instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen chopped broccoli 4 Cup (64 tbs), thawed
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated skim milk 12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cups, 1 Can, Carnation)
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Healthy Request)
  Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 18 Tablespoon (Kraft , 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons)
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine uncooked rice, broccoli, and onion.
Add evaporated skim milk and mushroom soup.
Mix well to combine.
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
Mix well before serving.
