Broccoli Rice Melange
|Uncooked instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||4 Cup (64 tbs), thawed|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated skim milk||12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cups, 1 Can, Carnation)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Healthy Request)|
|Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese||18 Tablespoon (Kraft , 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons)|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine uncooked rice, broccoli, and onion.
Add evaporated skim milk and mushroom soup.
Mix well to combine.
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
Mix well before serving.
