|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Concentrated orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. Take a casserole and heat for 30 seconds after greasing it.
2. Sauté onion and celery, add lemon peel, concentrated orange juice, salt and water and cook to boil.
3. Add rice, cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle parsley, garnish with orange slices and unpeeled lemon and serve hot.
