|Cooked white rice||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted (1/2 Stick)|
|Ground red pepper||1 Dash|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F before baking.
2. Take an 1 ½ quart ring mold, grease thoroughly. Take a bowl, mix in all the ingredients and transfer to the greased mold, making the top even. Using a foil cover the mold and keep aside.
3. Place in the oven, bake for 15 minutes or till thoroughly heated.
4. Unwrap the foil and serve hot.
