Ingredients
  Butter 12 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Slivered almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched for 1 minute
  Frozen green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Cooked white rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir fry almonds for 1 minute and remove.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir fry the carrots, and remove.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir fry the peas for 1 minute, and remove.
Melt 6 tablespoons butter; add the rice, stir fry rice for 1 minute, then add the other ingredients.
Mix well and serve.
