SINGAPORE RICE

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Stock 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sultanas 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Fry onion in oil, add rice, nuts, spices and sultanas.
Cover with hot stock and simmer for 20 Minutes or till rice is tender and water has evaporated.
