Ingredients
  Rice 400 Gram (Korean Variety)
  Egg 8
  Carrot 1
  Capsicum 1
  Onion 1
  Mushroom 50 Gram
  Soy sauce 12 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Ajinomoto 10 Gram
  Brown sugar 5 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (For Cooking)
Directions

MAKING
1)Cook rice.
2)Wash and chop vegetables finely.
3)In a frying pan, heat oil and mix together rice and vegetables to make vegetable fried rice. Add in ajinomoto, salt, soya sauce and brown sugar.
4)Make 4 omelettes.
5)Divide rice into 4 equal portions.
6)Stuff one omelette with one portion of rice. Likewise stuff all 4 omelettes.

SERVING
7)Serve piping hot accompanied by fresh green salad.
