Rice And Carrot Ring
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned cheese soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated fresh carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Hot sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine rice, carrots and flour.
Blend soup, egg and seasonings; add to rice mixture.
Pour into greased 8" ring mold.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before turning out on serving plate.
Serve with green beans or other green vegetable if you wish.
