|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Combine the rice and butter with a fork and lightly stuff into a well greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
2) Allow to stand for 1 minute, then invert on a heated platter.
3) Spoon any creamed mixture, stew, or curry in the center and serve immediately.
