SOYA BEAN RICE
|Ground soya beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Puree of tomatoes||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Mixed herbs||5 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook soya beans in enough water for 30 mins.
to a good consistency.
Fry grated onion in oil till brown.
Add tomato, herbs and stir in soya beans.
Put in baking dish in alternate layers with the rice.
Bake in moderate oven until light brown.
Macaroni may be used instead of rice.
