Bacon Fried Rice
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1.Take a 10-inch skillet and fry bacon in it until the crust is formed.
2.Keep aside a tablespoon of bacon drippings.
3.Pound the bacon and reserve it.
4.In a pan, stir in bacondrippings and onion and stir well.
5.Put egg in the pan and stir until it spreads and sets.
6.Add cooked rice and bacon.
7.Serve the bacon fried rice hot in a dish.
