Ingredients
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Onions 4 , chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Grated american cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole dish at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and bake 20 more minutes.
This is good with chicken, turkey, etc.
