Cheese Rice

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  American cheese 8 Ounce, grated
  Instant chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a casserole, add cheese, rice, garlic, onion, pepper and salt.
2. Mix eggs and vegetable oil and milk and stir well.
3. Cook for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
4. Top with parsley and serve hot.
