RICE WITH SPINACH

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Spinach 3⁄4 Pound
  Grated cheese 2 Ounce
  Rice 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1
  Vegetable stock 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil and saute onion.
Cut spinach in 1/4-inch strips and add the rice to onion, and saute.
Season and add stock and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add cheese and butter before serving.
