Ingredients
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, chopped (225 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Streaky bacon 6 Ounce, chopped (150 Gram)
  Lean pork 6 Ounce, chopped (150 Gram)
  Turkey livers/Chicken livers 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Anchovy fillets 5
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Pate de foie gras 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz)
  Lemon rind 1 , finely chopped (Rind Of 1 Lemon)
  Parsley 10 Gram, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Marjoram 1 Pinch
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the mushrooms in half of the butter.
Put the meats and onion with all of the other ingredients, through a coarse mincer or blender.
Melt the remaining butter and add it to the meat.
Use for stuffing to serve with your turkey.
