ASPARAGUS AND RICE

Ingredients
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1
  Soya sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh asparagus 1 Pound
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Hot water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Wash and drain the rice, prepare and cut up the asparagus, slice the mushrooms and cut the onion into small slices.
Saute all the vegetables in the oil.
Add water and soya sauce.
Cover and bake or simmer on top of stove until done.
