|Rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raisin||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash rice well and put into sufficient salted rapidly boiling water to cover.
Boil for 5 minutes, then drain off water and cover again with fresh boiling water.
As most of the water becomes reduced by boiling, add all remaining ingredients.
Stir briefly, then cook until the rice is dry.
