RICE AND CELERY

Ingredients
  Pepper To Taste
  Rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and drain the rice.
Cook the onions in the oil until tender but not brown.
This can be done in the pressure cooker without the lid.
Add the rest of the in- gredients and mix well.
Cover and pres- surize for 10 minutes.
