|Rice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Uncooked)|
Add rice to boiling salted water, stirring as you add.
Boil for 20-25 minutes, stirring often.
Drain in strainer or colander.
Put rice in top of double boiler, cover and steam over boiling water for 1 hour.
