|Mushrooms||3 Medium, thinly sliced|

Place carrots and margarine in 15-oz casserole [24-oz casserole].
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (550 watts) until carrots are crisp-tender, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Stir in pork, rice, water, soy sauce, bouillon (dry) and ginger.
Cover and microwave 1 min [2 min]; stir.
Cover and microwave until liquid is absorbed, 1 to 2 min longer [2 to 3 min longer].
Stir in mushrooms and onion[s].
Cover and microwave 1 min [2 min].
