Ingredients
  Diagonally sliced carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked pork 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Inch Pieces)
  Uncooked instant rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 3 Medium, thinly sliced
  Green onion and tops 1 , finely chopped
Directions

Place carrots and margarine in 15-oz casserole [24-oz casserole].
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (550 watts) until carrots are crisp-tender, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Stir in pork, rice, water, soy sauce, bouillon (dry) and ginger.
Cover and microwave 1 min [2 min]; stir.
Cover and microwave until liquid is absorbed, 1 to 2 min longer [2 to 3 min longer].
Stir in mushrooms and onion[s].
Cover and microwave 1 min [2 min].
