Spicy Fried Rice with Pineapple and Coconut
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Carrot||1 , chopped|
|Tomato||1 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Chilies||3 , chopped|
|Grated coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.In a frypan, heat the oil.
2.Put onions, carrots, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes and chilies.
3.Stir the ingredients and cook for 2-3 mins on high flame.
4.Add rice and pineapple in the pan.
5.Cook well for 5 minutes.
6.Serve hot with garnishing of grated coconut and chopped green onion.
