Green Bean Almond Rice

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooked brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) (cooked in chicken broth)
  Frozen french style green beans 10 Ounce
  Ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (or to taste)
  Tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds; stir until lightly browned. Add onion and red pepper; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Add rice, green beans, white pepper and tarragon. Stir until thoroughly heated.
