Ingredients
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Thyme sprigs 3 Medium
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Kidney bean/Gungo beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Jerk seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sunflower oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop onions and thyme.

MAKING
2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic.
3. When onions are soft add jerk seasoning and rice.
4. Add thyme, salt and pepper and beans.
5. Add coconut milk and water. Turn the heat down and simmer it for 40 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve it with desired curry.
