Turkey Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Turkey 500 Gram, minced
  Spring onion 6 Small, chopped finely
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Peas 2 Tablespoon (hanful)
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok, heat sesame oil and sauté ginger and garlic.
2. Add turkey and cook for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Add fish sauce, peas, spring onion, soya sauce and brown rice. Cook for a while.

SERVING
4. Serve with soup.
