Ching Choong Fried Rice
|Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), boiled|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Spring onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), diagonally sliced|
|Peanut oil||4 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in a pan, add rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle soya sauce, toss and mix well.
Add spring onions, salt and toss over heat for 1-2 minutes more.
