Fried Rice With Vegetable Rice Mix

Ingredients
  Frozen vegetable rice mix 15 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Container)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a casserole place Vegetable-Rice Mix
Microwave at High 4 to 7 minutes, or until heated, stirring after half the time.
Set aside.
Place eggs and butter in small bowl or casserole.
Microwave at High 1 to 1% minutes, or until eggs are set, stirring after half the cooking time.
Chop eggs into small pieces.
Stir into rice mixture.
Add soy sauce, tossing to coat rice.
