Hi Snigda, I have just started my cooking lesson through this website. I tried few of your recipe and was successful. Thanks :). Had a doubt with respect to this recipe there is no milk (Qty)mentioned in the ingredients category. ALso can you advice me when to put dhaniya, garam masala, yogurt while cooking. New into cooking ;( appreciate your advice.

Hi Padma, Adding milk is optional. If you want to, then you may add about 2-3 tablespoons. Adding milk, makes the eggs more fluffy. You can add the dhaniya powder and garam masala once the onions have slightly browned. No need to add yogurt if using milk. Seems like I added this recipe, when I myself was new to cooking and hence the recipe steps are not very clear. I shall edit the recipe accordingly. Hope this dish turns out well for you!
