Ingredients
  Butter 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Rice 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Stir Fried, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots Etc)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Peanuts Etc)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
Stir in rice and seasonings and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 to 8 minutes or until rice is golden.
Add water and cover.
Reduce heat to low and cook until all water is absorbed (10 to 20 minutes).
Mix in choice of stir-fried vegetables and nuts.
Re-fry for several minutes at low heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
