Measure 4 cups broth from stewed chicken; set aside.
In 5-qt casserole combine onion, green pepper, garlic and olive oil; cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender.
Mix in broth and remaining ingredients except chicken; cover.
Microwave at High 10 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 26 to 33 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Stir in chicken.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
