Baked Wild Rice

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F .
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until slightly softened.
Transfer to 2-quart baking dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients except seeds.
Cover tightly and bake until broth has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.
Using fork, mix in sunflower seeds.
