Lee Kum Kee Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cooled cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced cooked chicken 1⁄2 Pound
  Mixed vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oyster flavored sauce 5 Tablespoon (Lee Kum Kee)
  Diced green onion 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat skillet over medium heat.
Add oil.
Add egg and scramble.
Stir in rice, chicken, vegetables and Oyster Flavored Sauce.
Stir-fry until heated through.
Sprinkle with onion.
