Lee Kum Kee Fried Rice
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cooled cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced cooked chicken||1⁄2 Pound|
|Mixed vegetables||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oyster flavored sauce||5 Tablespoon (Lee Kum Kee)|
|Diced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Add egg and scramble.
Stir in rice, chicken, vegetables and Oyster Flavored Sauce.
Stir-fry until heated through.
Sprinkle with onion.
