Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Finely snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine hot rice, parsley, and onion.
Press firmly into 5 1/2-cup ring mold; unmold.
