Classic Fluffy Rice

Ingredients
  Uncooked instant rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until boiling, 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.
Let stand covered 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Refrigerate 1 1/2 cups rice; use within 2 days for Meatballs with Spanish.
