Quick Chicken & Rice
|Rice and sauce mix with peas||4 2⁄3 Ounce (1 package)|
|Hot water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Frozen cut green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut into 8 pieces, skin removed|
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In 10-inch square casserole, combine rice and sauce mix, water and green beans.
Arrange chicken over rice mixture.
In small bowl, combine parsley, paprika, seasoned salt and pepper.
Sprinkle evenly on chicken.
Microwave at High for 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken near bone is no longer pink and juices run clear, rearranging chicken once or twice.
Let stand, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
