Yellow Rice

Ingredients
  Pulao rice 500 Gram
  Fat 50 Gram
  Onions 115 Gram
  Turmeric 1 Pinch
  Cloves 2 Gram
  Cinnamon 2 Gram
  Bay leaf 2 Gram
  Cardamom 2 Gram
  Badyan 2 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Water/Stock 1 Liter
Directions

1. Pick, wash and soak rice.
2. Slice onions.
3. Heat fat. Fry sliced onions. Remove.
4. Fry spices. Add rice and fry.
5. Add turmeric dissolved in a little water; stir well.
6. Add hot water or stock in the proportion 1:2 and salt.
7. Finish off as for fried rice.
8. Serve garnished with fried onion.
