Ingredients
  Rice 115 Gram
  Lentils 60 Gram
  Egg 1
  Onions 115 Gram
  Cheese 60 Gram
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Parsley sprigs 4
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Fat 15 Gram
  Oil 30 Milliliter (for frying)
Directions

1. Heat fat. Fry washed rice lightly.
2. Add double the quantity of water and cook till tender and dry (the rice grains should be separate).
3. Add half the beaten egg.
4. Cook lentils till tender.
5. Slice onions and fry well in the oil.
6. Mix together lentils, fried onions and remaining beaten egg. Add flaked cheese, chopped parsley and seasoning.
7. Put half the rice mixture in a well greased pie dish.
