Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), cooked (4 cups cooked)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 package, 2 cups)
  Diced pimiento 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Press into 5 1/2-cup ring mold.
Unmold at once onto hot serving plate.
Or, cover with foil and set in pan of hot water, in very slow (250°) oven, till ready to serve.
Place bowl in center; fill with creamed chicken or seafood.
