|Ghee||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Basmati rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Soaked In Water For 15 Minutes)|
|Coconut milk||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
1. Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed vessel. Stir fry the rice in it till slightly brown. Add coconut milk and bring to boil. Lower the flame and cook till done. Add salt and stand over a very slow fire till all the water is absorbed.
2. Roast grated coconut lightly and sprinkle over hot rice before serving.
