In 3-qt casserole combine all ingredients; cover.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 14 to 17 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Spoon into two freezer containers.
Label and freeze no longer than 1 month.
To serve, remove from one container and place in 1-qt casserole; cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 8 minutes, or until hot, breaking apart and stirring 2 or 3 times.
