Ingredients
  Raw rice 910 Gram
  Eggs 4
  Coconut 2
  Salt To Taste
  Refined coconut oil 1 Kilogram (For Deep Frying)
Directions

1. Soak rice in water for 2 to 3 hours.
2. Drain well (till dry) and powder. Sieve through a fine sieve.
3. Roast rice flour. Extract coconut milk.
4. Mix together rice flour, beaten eggs, coconut milk and salt to make a fairly stiff dough.
5. Make into small balls. Press between two barks of the banana tree, to form an impression or mark with a clean comb.
6. Heat oil and deep fry.
