Easy Fried Rice
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From Fluffy Rice)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat egg with fork in greased 16-ounce casserole; stir in onions.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until egg is almost set, 1 to 1 1/4 minutes; stir to break egg into small pieces.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave uncovered until rice is hot, 1 to 1 1/4 minutes.
