Baked Wild Rice

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wild rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Garlic bud 1 , minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth/Cube / canned consomme 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Rub a 1-quart casserole with margarine or butter.
2. Heat the butter or margarine, saute the washed rice in it 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and chicken broth or consomme. Mix and pour into the casserole. Bake 30 minutes.
