Steamed Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place rice with boiling water and salt in the top part of a double boiler over boiling water.
Cover and cook about 45 min., or until tender.
