Quick Parsley Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), uncooked
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper 1 , freshly ground
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

Combine rice, margarine, and broth in a large, heavy saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stir well, and cover.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Taste and add salt and pepper, if necessary.
Fold in parsley and serve immediately.
