Rice Medley

Ingredients
  Uncooked brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Uncooked wild rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Chopped pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Or Red)
  Snipped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Hot water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bouquet garni 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 45 to 55 minutes longer, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Toss lightly.
