Easy Green Rice

Ingredients
  Raw white rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed
  Boiling water 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine rice, water, salt, and butter in a tightly covered saucepan.
Cook over very low heat for 30 min., without removing cover.
Add parsley and almonds, and toss lightly with a fork.
