Wild Rice Stuffing
|Chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Uncooked wild rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil; add rice.
Simmer, covered, 30 to 45 minutes or until broth is absorbed.
In a skillet, melt butter; saute" celery, mushrooms, and onion for 3 minutes.
Stir in seasonings.
Stir vegetable mixture into cooked rice.
